Engineered Fragrance for Plastic Applications
We manufacture neat-oil fragrance masterbatches using EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate), LDPE, and polyolefin wax / low-molecular-weight PE as carriers. Fragrance loading is typically 5–15% by weight, with higher VA EVA grades supporting the upper range due to better oil compatibility. LDPE allows moderate loading, while wax-based systems are suited for lower levels. In application, the masterbatch is typically used at a 2–5% let-down into natural PE or PP to achieve the desired fragrance effect.
